Information collected on this site
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you submit, typically your name, email address, subject, and message. That data is used to reply to your inquiry. Form submissions are processed by the form provider (FormSubmit) and delivered by email.
We do not sell personal data.
TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API
CookTechGroup provides creator tooling (including Chuck Cook Cap) that uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. Creators connect their own TikTok accounts and share original content they create.
Access is limited to the permissions each creator grants through TikTok OAuth — typically profile information and permission to upload or post to that creator’s own account. Those APIs are not used to collect visitor data from this website, and they are not used to post to a TikTok account without that creator’s authorization.
TikTok’s handling of account data is also governed by TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run a first-party analytics product. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Font Awesome’s CDN, which may set their own cookies or logs. The contact form provider may also process technical data needed to deliver your message. We do not use that information for advertising.
